Is there any western cuisine school in malaysia?
i'm helping my little cousin to find one. Not those traveling or hotel course thingy..only want to study more on cooking.

yes,,
there is one under UNITAR..
i have my brother studying there & end up being a cook..
but they teach u all kind of cooking stuff not only western cuisine..
there's another way to do this.. try apply for western food chain.
i heard they also opens to people to learn.. one name that i suggest is BIG Plate

too many interior reach cuisines to make a company determination... a number of my all-time favourites are nasi lemak, laksa Sarawak, manuk pansoh, pan mien... jedi sapien? no longer heard of...
