Maybe, as you suggested you have a bug. Many have already given the advice I was going to suggest; mainly get some fresh air, try something different (instead of sitting down at a computer, try doing some photocopying or something.) Talking to others helps. If you have caffine after about 3 in the afternoon it doesn't help you sleep as well that night, and feel pants the next day. There is even caffene in random things like alcopops, and most alcoholic drinks! Best wishes though hun!

Go for a nice long lunch break in the fresh air. Eat chocolate. I f your work is quiet enough have a kip at you desk. Tell your boss you feel ill and go home for the afternoon, if you pick up on leaving the office, look for a new job. If you still feel ill when you leave, phone in sick tomorrow as well.
Or post silly questions on the internet and stay awake reading the replies

I get up every morning having had eight hours sleep and I'm still totally knackered...but if I have a short 20 minute nap in the afternoon...I wake up feeling fantastic...sleep is a weird thing...you might ,as someone has already said, have the start of some sort of bug...or it might just be one of those things...if it persists and you're still worried go and see your doctor.

You may have an infection, talk to your boss and tell him about it, take a vitamin supplement, get some rest as soon as possible.
