Well can't you just ignore her and save your energy on more important things.
Most people hate it when they get ignored:takes away their power and makes them uncertain.
Try that:it will work.

Let it go. You don't know how she will react and it could cost you your job. If she is sensitive and decided that you are "harassing and belittling" her the company will take her side because they don't want any potential lawsuits.
Your boss can approve anythine he/she wants it doesn't mean that they are right either. The fact remains that if you co-worker takes offense then the company has to act. If you feel that strongly tell her how you feel without degrading her or threatening her. I know how you feel if it was me, I would consider using my phone to administer a good beating. But some people find that offensive..damn liberal courts!

Do not send it. You will just be stooping to her pathetic level and you may regret it later. Suffer in silence. Or get her aside and quietly discuss why she is bugging you and ask if there is anything the two of you can do to work better together. Good luck.

Workplace conflict is almost as bad as marital conflict. Try to resolve it somehow. It just isn't worth the stress and misery. I feel your pain. I have it at my workplace too.

Send a copy not only to the entire staff, but send it as a press release of your company to all the newspapers. People will find it amusing.

Let it go. The e-mail could come back to bite you. Instead, treat her as if she is part of the wall.
