Market research has been done on this idea,engineers drawings were submitted to patent office and patent was secured some few years ago.Lack of finances has prevented me from taking this further.I am looking to sit down with an individual or company who has the foresight and patience to listen.

If your "brilliant business idea" has not impressed any Banks or friends or relatives (or, in fact, anyone) enough in the last few years to invest, it seems unlikely anyone here would be more interested.
You need to use your friends & relatives as 'contacts' to find the backing you need. If they won't help you, then you should look again at exactly how 'brilliant' your idea really is ...
... unless (of course) you are a Nigerian living in Lagos, in which case I suggest you stick to sending emails.
