well, i have deoxys.. but it has bad set of moves.. i wanna know how to recall the old ones.. cause gulpin always says to me that i am a special kind of pokemon.. and tell me please.. what is the move sets of deoxys? does it change if i am in another form?

Deoxys can learn moves once theve been deleted. Youll need to obtain them in the dungeon he was found. And no, it does not change if your in another form.

well use tms and stuff on it and also look for moves in it's dungeoun.
