Funny you should mention this, I actually learned where you can buy one - from DeLorean themselves!
Go to the DeLorean site: http://www.delorean.com/
In the top where it says 'Parts Search', type in "flux" and hit enter. At the bottom of the list you should notice part number 18851995 (notice the dates in this number...); a Flux Capacitor! Also, this part is apparently free, which should help with any budget problems you may encounter! Have fun!
