That is very easy to do as long as you have a t-shirt press machine anyone can do it, My company can do it as well. We can make t-shirts, Sweatshirts, shorts...etc and have them shipped UPS overnight if your willing to pay the overnight shipping charge.

They use an inkjet printer to print the logo/design/words on transfer paper. Then it's pressed on a blank shirt with a heat press (takes about 10 seconds at about 400 degrees). Hot peel transfers you can pull the paper off while its still hot and the ink stays on the shirt. Drop it in the mail. Done! The longest steps to the process is doing the logo on a computer (depends), and heating up the press(10mins.), or waiting in line at the post office. Anybody can ship overnight.

I would guess they have a Machine...

For example, something like a very large Bubble Jet Printer ? (one that sprays ink onto cloth ?)
