Write it down, then , when you get home, rewrite your notes and check them at the end of the week, the month, then again before tests. Do a memory improvement course. Associate and exaggerate, make it as ridiculous as possible!

concentrate, write it down, repeat what you've learned verbally to yourself. the more "areas" of the brain that you commit the info to, the better chance you have of retaining it. and, if you smoke weed, STOP! You'll have no short term memory to do this.
