Usually, after trying to concieve for a longer period of time and it not working is a big sign. Could be other problems, checking with a doctor is the best bet though for finding out if a woman is unable to have a baby.

um...i knew a girl in high school who was born without a uterus. but....i think her only symptom was no period. other than that she was normal.
