How can I make it bigger? And if I can, would I be able to use skin from the buttocks?

it's a god gift so let it be . i have seen your avtar and according to me it's very beautiful so i think may be you are also like your avtar
so don't think about your nose. jo log kehete hai uneh kehene do why do you bother about it?and don't think for enhancing your nose physically but think for enhancing it notionally in the society.

i'm sure theres a surgeon somewhere that would use skin from your buttocks.....failing that you could just start walking on your hands...since after reading some of your other questions you have speaking out of your **** down to a fine art

Before you get ready for an operation, get a second or third opinion. Whoever told you that it was too small, has their opinion, check with people whom you trust to make a good judgment call.

Much better a small nose than one of those that looks like it has an extra bone in it. I hate the look of aquiline noses, so be VERY thankful you don't have one of those god-awful mistakes on your face.

If you are a girl, it doesn't matter because it looks feminine. Look at Angelina Jolie or Nicole Kidman, they both have small noses for their faces. HTH : )

hun people pay alot of money to have nose jobs. take your small nose as a gife from god i mean who wants a big nose?
