Yesterday I had a pelvic exam and pap smear done (im 14 weeks)..And a few hours later i noticed 1 spot of blood mixed with a tiny bit of mucous (very little) and that was it....I know can spot after these exams cause your cervix is increasing with blood,but did u experience this too?i just got a little freaked out...=\

Its normal, I spotted like this after pelvic exams with both my sons. Don't worry. Good luck and Congrats!

It's very normal after an exam, as long as you don't continue bleeding you will be fine

yes i did, its ok its pretty normal. if it continues though and is more bloody than spotty call your ob back, but you should be just fine. good luck and congrats.

It's pretty normal, it happened to me too. But be safe and be sure to let your doctor know.
