I am 14 weeks and i am not sure if what i am feeling its the baby or the uterus expanding. Its a little tiny feeling in the same position, in my abdomenal and it goes on for 6 times, each one lasts for 3 seconds. Has anyone felt this before? Thanks for all your help.

I would like to believe for you that what you are feeling is the little one moving. I am in my 13th week, 2nd pregnancy. I honestly believe that I felt my baby move for the first time last night, while I was watching t.v. Go ahead and believe, its definitely better than just thinking its gas!

This is my 4th pregnancy(2 live births and 1 miscarriage) and I started feeling the "flutters" at 11 weeks,I am now 14 weeks..it was very subtle and only every once in a while but i know what they were. I still feel them off and on,they are not frequent at all but they are there and they feel like popcorn in my lower tummy (usually in the spot as well)...Even though this is your second pregnancy from miscarriage u can still feel them a little earlier,i think 14 weeks is about right,,congratulations and good luck!!

I felt my baby move (and this is my first) at around 14 weeks. At first I thought it was a muscle spasm, like when your muscle throbs or pulses but it turned out it was my little Monster. I still sometimes get this feeling but more often than not I am getting big walloping kicks and punches. Its such a wonderful feeling and I am so used to it now I will probably miss it when bubba is born.

Congratulations on your pregnancy - I send you all my best wishes xxxx

it sounds like your little one is making him/herself known!

most first time mothers miss those tiny (TINY) little movement/flutters, or almost twitches.. mosty because they do not know what to expect (since we are told, it is different.. butterflies or crawling... flutters and on) but... they also miss it because they are not always so in tune with themselves (their bodies) and then also because we are told no.. you won't feel the baby until almost twenty weeks... I told my dr. first time around that I felt the baby I was 14-16 weeks... he flat out told me I was wrong, told me that I would not feel the baby until 22 weeks or later.... and I believed him! I should not have.... he is not me.. did not feel it.... so how could he have known?
anyway.... it very much sounds like you feel your baby...sit down, or lay back when you feel it, cherish it... relish in that little secret bond you share! and good luck!
by the way... earliest I felt? number six at 8-9 weeks while nursing number five... felt a familiar flit... and my son looked up at the same time.. and I said.. no way.. you feel that too? no way am I pregnant again... uh-oh... ;) yes it is true.. no I was not late even.. yes I tested that day and yes.. I was...

If this is your first pregnancy, you might be able to feel your baby when you're 15 - 20 weks pregnant. But if this is you're second or third pregnancy, you'll be abe to feel it as early as 12 weeks. You will feel like butterfy flying inside you, tickling you. But a mother's instinct knows the best.

Every woman is different but you could be feeling the baby already. It feels like little flutters or butterflies in your stomach at first. It's not he stomach expanding-it is your baby moving around and somersaulting inside you! Good luck to you!
