But where are the Stevie Wonder, the BoyzIIMen, the Debarge, the Blackstreet,the SWV ?...
And I can't bear rap music...

How can you say there is a lack of creativity and then name a list of main stream artist....AND who is Mary G Blidge?? If you mean Mary J Blige then I cant understand how you trash rap because he is the queen of hip hop soul. Boys II Men & SWV both made a name for them self with hip hop audiences. BoysIIMen came out with a New Jack Swing feel brought into the game by BBD. SWV has hot remix with Wu-Tang which is a club banger. Yes, the old groups you name where classic groups but I dont remeber Debarge doing anything masively creavtive.
If you are starving for a more classic sounding R&B you should check out more NEO soul artist

this R&B nowadays is not like the o.g. stuff...but you still do have some great music coming out...Usher, Alicia Keys, etc...
