I mean, why call themselves a "news" network when I can't watch more than two minutes without a "Left Wing looney" reference?

I know what you mean.
I was watching yesterday morning and their into was something like the only News without left wing bias.
It was ridiculous. They are not always obviously biased either sometimes it is subtle. If you watch the channel for at least an hour you definately pick up on a right wing bias. Which is fine and great I just wish they would stop pretending to be "fair and balanced".

FOX has broken almost every story of importance including all those not favorable to Obama. FOX has a viewership of 3 million which is larger than CNN but fairly small compared to the big 3 ABC NBC CBS. However when FOX breaks news the other networks are forced to either cover or ignore. If they ignore a story to long and the story has legs they look biased and have to suddenly break it to their own audiences 3 days late. Then they have to report by omission to cover themselves and Obama. Their hope is the story will die and then they won`t have to report it. This is why the white house is after FOX and telling their lemmings that it is only entertainment and not follow the lead stories of FOX.

I don't think fox news is right wing, they never have the views I share,But we do need a right wing news net -work and no I don't want to get along with the insane left, with the death wish,or those who call themselves cons, and think anything with a (R) next to it must be good ,And it's time to raise the flag.If you think Bush is a good and decent man you belong on the loony left. Both sides always say you can change the channel or move.I say turn off the T.V. And lets all take this country back from these sell -outs-but I don't want to get along ,that means you have no values.I think we could use real news, not the T.V. guide that passes for news,After you hear this C## you have no Idea of What happened. We have a news black out--Our freedoms depend on us the government getting the News.So we can vote as intelligent citizens.

Fox is a bash group, but to be fair the right calls CNN the Clinton News Network, so is CNN a bash group as well?

I watch both just to get a fair balance of news reporting. My children watch the news with me and I want them to know that different views are out there.

Funny, but why don't you ask that about the traditional network news?

Studies have shown that in the past 2 presidential elections, the traditional network news had significantly more positive stories about the Democrat candidate than the Republican candidate, and significantly more negative stories about the Republican candidate than the Democrat candidate. This is what objective observers would correctly call "bias".

Shall we also compare the exultant happiness in the traditional network news after the 2006 election garnered a Democrat congress, as compared to the somber bitterness after the 1994 elections swept in a Republican congress. I remember being told that 1994 was a "temper tantrum" by "angry white males" and how wrong we were.

And if you bash O'Rielly for his right-wing comments, why not bash Olbermann for his left-wing comments? If you don't, then you are a hypocrite, pure and simple.

Yeah, and I bet you have tried to watch FOX too...RRRiiiggghttt! I really don't understand why Libs are so threatened by FOX. Conservatives have ONE network that makes an effort to fairly portray our views....You guys have all the rest. Why does that make you insecure?

Both. It seems hard for the media these days to be unbiased. Fox seems to cater to the right, while CNN seems to cater to the left. Those of us in the middle who just want the "real" news, without opinions, find something else to watch.

Report the news they do, through thier shaded colored lenses. However, bashing those who they disagree with seems to be a first love for them. Bash, they may try, with all of its arrogance (or is it ignorance), however they have not, and most likely will never succeed. In all of their ways, they have not changed anyone's view about the president nor Iraq. For the numbers have all stayed constant. They're only purpose right now is to try to make republicans feel better about themselves. To someone outside of their grasping fingers, an unaccepted bash to the left looks like a self inflicted bash on the right.

You aren't watching Fox News. You are watching The O'Reiley Factor, which is a talk show.

And if you are a moderate, then he isn't talking about you, he is talking about the far left, who are just as looney as the far right.
