i have been getting stomache pains/cramps being sick at night feal sick after eaten or not my boobs are getting bigger what it could be?

You could be pregnant i would advice goin to the doctor or takin a pregnancy test.

yep it definitely sounds like you could be pregnant.
time to take a test, and then work out what you want to do.
and if you're not pregnant, see your gp as soon as you can.
