I honestly can relate, I am currently 6 weeks pregnant. I never feel good, always sick on my stomach. The only time I feel somewhat good is when I'm sleeping, too bad I work full-time and can't sleep all day..lol.. My suggestion is to drink water. Not trying to be gross but, one thing that helps me is to drink a carbonated drink and to burp it gives me relief for a few minutes, somethings better than nothing....Good luck with your pregnancy. Honestly I know what you are feeling right now.

It sounds like you have a very severe case of morning sickness, and you should definitely tell your doctor about this. If you are unable to get the proper nutrition and fluids to support yourself and the baby, there are medications that your doctor can put you on. They can even put you in the hospital with a drip to provide you with nutrition.

In the meantime, I'd suggest that you try fortified dry cereal, like Life or Cheerios. They are really gentle on the stomach, can be eaten in small servings (eat it all day, though), and they are fortified to contain lots of necessary nutrients. I know it sounds crazy, but I have a box of cereal with me at all times. I eat it until I feel better, and more willing to eat normal foods, and when I start feeling sick again, I go right back to the cereal. It's also helped me to gain, as opposed to lose weight, which is a good thing.

On a positive note, you should feel better soon. By the end of the 3rd month you should feel an improvement, with morning sickness totally gone by the 6th month in most people.

I had terrible "all day sickness" until I was 16 weeks. Make sure you are drinking enough. Drink water, ginger ale (from my natural foods store), and my doctor recommended drinking flat, warm pepsi with a spoonful of sugar mixed in. I always liked eating ice pops. Preggy pops are good too, but any lollipops will do the trick. Make sure your mouth is never dry. If you can't eat, don't worry about it. Drinking is way more important. Hope you feel better soon- remember it will end!

This is going to be a very short and sweet answer, because I don't need to write a book to get you help. All you do is call your OB's office and tell them your feeling horrible with your morning sickness. Tell them you wake and go to sleep sick and it interferes with your daily life. They'll write you a perscription - even call it in to your favorite pharmacy. And, by noon you can have relief!!

This was the only thing that worked for me. And, the meds are perfectly safe!!

The most excellent remedy to beat your morning sickness is GINGER! Just try eat. Pound some ginger in your omelete or blend some gingr juice and mix in your drink especially tea. I'm pregnant with my third baby and this is the worst nausea I've ever had and my doctor suggest ginger and it really works! You may try to find those ginger tablet in the pharmacy.

Sorry but with my 1st i was sick constantly i lost loads of weight and it really didnt stop the full nine months, but it did ease, or you get used to it one of the two.

I was alos sick with my 2nd little girls until 20 weeks.

I used to find eating tiny amounts and not having big meals helped, i ate a lot of raw peppers carrots pickels, cucumber and things like that.

Sorry your feeling so rough but it will be worth it, i promise.
Speak to your midwife they might be able to help you.

Make sure even if not eating that great, you DRINK.

that happened on "neighbours" to skye. she could only eat ice blocks. she had to go to hospital and have bed rest and fed through a tube.
you should really just go to the doctors. some mums have terrible morning sickness and some have none. some mums have it with one child and not others.
definately go get it checked out, cos if ur like this at 2 months, at 7 months ull be the one in nappies!

Your body is having difficulty adjusting to the massive changes in hormone levels. Take your time, and listen to your body. It will often try to tell you what sounds good, and what doesn't. Many people find that more bland food is better. Increasing your level of nutrition might help. Carrot juice? nutritional yeast? Perhaps more easily digestible food would work better, rather than more substantial food.

I think this is the part that most woman have to go through. I am sorry you have to go through a time of your life. Even though, I can't help you, but I know someone else can. You can pray to get through your days and know that this wouldn't last for ever. 9 months is long time to wait, but the reward for you is a cute little baby that you can say he/she is mine, and I made it through the difficulty to have him/her. This will last you for ever. The other that can help you is your doctor. Call your doctor up, maybe he/she can prescribe something to help you. Hang in there Little ma ma.
