The creepy thing living in the port-o-lets. I still can't use one without thinking of that scaly creature.
Also the forest people living in Apalachicola, Florida and the Peacock inbred family. They were pretty freaky too.

The ones with the indian shaman or whatever he was with no legs and he got around on a skate board or walking on his hands and dragging his body. It still creeps me out thinking about it. I used to work at a place where one guy was like this. He had a form of spina bifida or something and it reminded me of the x files and I totally couldn't be anywhere near him.

The hibernating liver eatin' guy/thing. EWWWWW!!! I was born in Sweden (but live in U.S. right now) and we eat lutefisk and skada over there. I still won't eat any organ that filters waste even if I will wrap my lutefisk in lefse and call it a Scandinavian 'burrito'.
Liver. Disgusting. Anyone or anything that would eat liver counts as major scary in my mind.

It was the one where they have the creature trapped in the abandoned warehouse, and instead of calling for backup, they decide to split up to search for it. Scully is trapped and about to get devoured/assimilated/slimed and Mulder catches up just in time to same her.
Oh wait-- that was every episode.
And why did evey spooky thing glow in eerie green light?
