If your computer keeps crashing then something is wrong with your computer. This could be caused by malware, a corrupt registry, hardware conflicts, or other things as well. You should try to fix whatever is causing your computer to crash so often. For example, you should check for malware and you may want to run a program that cleans your registry. If all that fails you may want to reformat your hard drive. Untill you fix the problem, the best the thing you can do is just constantly save your work.

There are a number of things that can cause a computer to crash. If you want to post more details I might be able to offer solutions.
But like the first post said - save early, save often.

It would help to give us a few more details such as which version of windows you are using or how long before the system crashes.
Without that, it is difficult to give you suggestions to help you.
