There is a website that encourages raping women by drugging them and even discusses what drugs to use. It states that women deserve it, and so on. If you are going to respond w/ "don't visit the site" or freedom of speech don't bother responding as this surpasses freedom of speech and is encouraging a crime. Also, if someone is going to respond in a way to try to anger me saying women deserve it, it won't work. If you're dumb enough to try that, I'm not dumb enough to fall for it. I just want to know who to report it to besides the police.

Assholes who allow material like this on their sites should also be prosected along with the owner of the material.

You don't say wher you are located. If in USA The FBI if in England Metro Police will direct you to speak to someone at the Computer Crime Squad Division of Scotland Yard. Most police now have specific Computer crime and Internet divisions now. So go for it!

Go to the police and report the website. Many times these are put up by serial rapists and they are trying to entice others into doing this. Report it. The police will investigate and most likely close it down.

Well try telling your local police...also Even though it isd bad, its doesn't seem illegal from what iv'e heard... I've seen episodes of CSI That showed things such as that...Is it showing media of rape and such? But I think they have the right In America to host that material, Even though it is morally degrating...i don't think its illegal...Depends on where the serveris located I.E.:
If America Doesn't allow BUT the Server is in Canada then You can't do too much...
But if they host thier own website it would become ALOT More Complicated...I host my own site of my own home PC...

Most hosting providers do not allow that. Try to find out where the site is hosted and report it to the webhost.
