we are matter,we stand on matter, we eat matter, we breathe matter(gasses are matter too), we pass out matter(oh gross!!!).
so as you can see, matter matters a great deal.
for without it then nothing would matter,
as nothing would be around for it to matter.
unless you believe in ghosts.
