Yupp...Sure...Mathematically....And definitely the government is formed by the votes ...so the people who dont vote get a government based on the opinion of those who voted...

yet lower back I believe Nemesis. entire neighbourhoods have been replaced previous attractiveness because of the fact they have been overtaken by using Asians and Africans. The bombed streets could have been rebuilt and the human beings rehoused subsequently protecting there communities together. No ask your self there is resentment.
