There's this boy at school,he's a year older than me (around 16) and he plays the violin.He's really great,he wants to go abroad to study music and i think he has great potential.
But the kids at school pick on him and laugh at him because he is not popular,gorgeous and stuff(morons).
I am the school's flag-holder( this is the best student at school) and I'm also popular.So,because i look up to him a lot,I play the piano and know how much it takes to become what he is,i went up to him and told him how much i admire him and that he should invite me to one of his music school's concerts.Not meaning that i fancy him or anythong its just admiration.
And when the....morons saw it, they started hanging out with him and making him a friend too.Is this bad?D u think he feels that people accept him just because of me???

Maybe you showing what kind of person you are to befriend someone who is unpopular showed the other kids it's ok to like him too.
I say GOOD 4 YOU...You stood up for what you believe in & didn't care what anyone thought.
We need more ppl like you in the world.

No. A lot of guys play the violin. At my school most of the violin players are guys. I play the violin. It's not weird. It's common.

of course they hang out with him because of u ....
u took the first step in showing that there really is no difference between u and him ...
u admire him for his accomplishments and that in turn will make other people look at him in a different light... just because u r popular ...
