I couldn't find these words in my Encarta dictionary, Can you help me?

Culture hearth, commercial agriculture, postcolonial, and labor intensive.

Do you also know antoynms/synonyms for these words, and what would the antonym be for chokepoint?

commercial agriculture - agriculture for profit, to sell at large quantities, for export.
postcolonial - a territory who was in past a colony of a empire like India for UK.
labor intensive - a land used for agriculture that was intense used and never used substances to make it fertile again, the soil loses his fertility and now it's no more good for agriculture.

Chokepoint is synonymous with a bottleneck. In network security, the firewall between a local network and the Internet is considered a choke point because any attacker would have to come through that channel, which would be guarded carefully.

commercial agriculture is farming for profit in a large scale.
postcolonial is the time after all the colonial powers of england,spain, portugal and holland ceased having colonies.
labour intensive is anythingthat requires a great deal of manpower.
