There's nothing wrong with wearing clip-on earrings. You shouldn't care what people think about you. It's ok if you don't want your ears pierced. There are some pretty clip-on earring designs. Some clip on earrings hurt your ears. You can get cushions for them.

One thing you can do is to get earring adapters. They fasten onto pierced earrings to create a clip-on. It's possible that Claire's may have those as well. If not, try a Google search.

I just started making my own and it is SOOOOO easy and FUN. (You will love the earrings you make so much more than anything you will find in stores. All the clip-on earrings I have seen in stores SUCK).
The book that inspired me is:
Bead & Wire Art Jewelry
by J. Marsha Michler
You can order jewelry making supplies from the internet or you can go to a bead shop and get all the stuff you need.
It's addicting!!! :)
Have fun.

You can ask most jewellers to put on clip fittings and remove the posts of earrings.
Apart from that I would try antique jewellery shops.
Good Luck

Any jewellery shop should be able to supply clip-ons for people who don't have pierced ears. Another place to look is in charity shops. You could also try Accessorize, which is part of the Monsoon empire.

I live in Georgia we have a store named Accessory World, you can see if there is one near you. They have plenty of clip-ons, but most of them are on the dressy side, but they look very nice.

Don't know if the "Bead craze" is still going in your local area, but it's possible to buy several types of clip-on blanks.
So you can make your own using the blanks.
