I have a problem getting to sleep before 4 or 5 am most days. If and when you're up that late, what kind of stuff do you do? There's not much on TV, unless you like infomercials and reruns of old shows, so what keeps you awake or somewhat entertained?

Up for just 1 hour? My boy was up for 3 hours as wide awake as can be, I used to light candles hoping that starring into would put him to sleep. Now he is hyperactive as a 6 year old and on meds. My 2 year old daughter wakes up every night at 3am. But just goes to the bathroom and back to bed. its normal. Parents dont sleep through the night untill the kids move out of the house. Be for-warned. However, one trick is to make the night bottle with powered cereal, this will fill up his stomach so he makes it through the night. Open up the nipple on the bottle some, and then mix in the cereal to the warm milk.

a lot of the time i'm on the internet, trying to get through some emails and i find some articles to read while listening to some music; sometimes i go outside for a short walk;on occassion i'll watch tv or a movie and play a video game

You enjoy it! None of the interuptions and distractions you get with phone calls and the like during daylight hours. How can you not be entertaned if you have a computer?

watch tv/shows taped that didn't get to watch when on at regular time, do a crossword, read, get online, write in a journal, do housework.

i hit the treadmill for a half hour.....have a lavender bath , then have a tall glass of warm milk after 10 minutes....i basically fall asleep once my head hits the pillow.....hope this helps... :D
