Things happen? No. They are caused. Nothing happens without a cause. Just because we are not able to know the cause we attribute these to "things happening".
Please tell me one thing.... anything.... where things happen without a cause. you cannot.
Looking at the enormous things that are happening in the universe we attrobute these happenings to the creator. In relation to those the small , micro things that man does and claims to be great, are caused by definitive actions.

i don't really know why things happen. But from what I've learnt, things happen for a reason.when something bad happens, good comes to it some day. lets say for example, when your boyfriend breaks up with you. maybe, it wasn't meant to be. that's because, there is someone out there better than he is, someone you are meant to be with and who knows, spend the rest of your life with and live happily ever after.
that's all i have to say. i hope this will be usefull to you. good luck.!!

The answer to this question can also be explored considering - how things happen?
We can see a place being arranged nicely, then we can understand why, may be someone important is visiting that place.

because the idea we have any control over things is an illusion. We can effet the outcome in certian ways, if we work at it but most of us just go with the flow.
