I recently saw pics of his photoshoot for Equus and was totally aghast!
He seems to have totally lost all sense and changed for the worst!There was a time (less than a year ago) when his parents were afraid to let him shoot in any city whose nightlife was really carazy but now he's stripping for a play????
I think this is disgraceful ,what do u think????Fans only plz.

I think he is growing up-he is 17 now, and making his own decisions. Equus is an incredible story, and I believe it is going to help his credibility as an actor, and help him to NOT be typecast as Harry Potter for the rest of his career. I think he's making a smart move, and if mom doesn't cut the apron strings, he's becoming man enough to do so himself.

How come theres no paparazzie??? ok so My fairytale Danielle Radcliffe and the herd of paparzzi i replaced into jogging down the streets, looking down, and you in basic terms suddenly met Daniel Radcliffe....I purely walked previous him, and when I have been given to the top of the line i've got been given squished cos a great purchase of papparzzi wer working in the direction of him..... and then i lived thankfully ever after the top

Well, the guy is 17 years old and cannot be Harry Potter forever. It would be unfair to expect that he conform to that image just to please people. Why are you upset? Do you allow your kids to see those pictures? Were you planning to take them to see the play? It is unfortunate that he is getting this negative reaction from those who should look at him and see the type of actor he'll be when he's cast in more mature roles. I love Harry Potter and if Dan chooses to act nude, then good for him. I saw one pic of him without his shirt and thought he looked good. No different from any of those pop singers who parade through their music videos with little more than a smile. People don't have a problem with that, so why are they holding Dan to a higher standard because he's Harry Potter?

You seem to be forgetting that when it all comes down to basics, Daniel Radcliffe is an actor. It's his job. And now that he's grown up you have to respect the fact that he is going to want to do things that appeal to a wider audience.
For the record I know people who have been to the rehearsals, and apparently he is pretty damned good in the role.
And to finish, can you not slag it off too much, this show will be paying my rent all the way through the summer.... :o)

i saw those pics. too. some will say that he is out of his mind. Some may not bother as it is his life and every individual knows what is good for them.
Dan is old enough to decide what is good for him. moreover he has all the support he wants. His parents, friends, fans and well-wishers. Let Dan do whatever he is interested in.

i think its ok for him to do this, i mean he's growing up! he's not 13 or 14, he's 17! i think its a big career move and this might help him land more mature roles than just goody-goody roles. and it wasnt disgusting, he looked hot! so yea...
