Your first visit to the loo in the morning contains higher concentration of hGC levels, so testing first thing is by far the best option.
As the day goes by you are adding liquid to your body's liquid level, therfore making it weaker. Think about concentrated squash, for example; when you pour it from the bottle it is concentrated, then as you add water it is far less concentrated.
Fill your day with work (if you do work) or go out into town, have lunch out. have a long relaxing bath or watch a dvd, get an early night or do all of the above, you'll sleep well and wake fresh in the morning and prepared for the result you will be shown.

They say the first wee of the day is always the best to give a decent 'reading' of a pregnancy test but I know some tests now will allow for anytime of the day. The ones I used for both my pregnancies were for anytime of the day and still gave a correct reading both times. Good luck to you!

Noon isn't bad... I think morning is normally best... the key is to have some good brain food in your belly and good nights rest the night before. Maybe even take some St. John's Wort or Ginkobilboa (however u spell it) for clarity of thought.
Good brain food would be something like Oatmeal. Just look up the phrase "Brain Food" on Yahoo search for other ideas, if you don't like oatmeal.
Oh yeah... forgot one thing... the ABSOLUTE best time to take a test is after you've studied and know the material! ;)

Doh!! I guess I should check the topic before answering next time... LOL! This is funny! Oh well, you have to admit, it still wasn't a bad answer... and oatmeal is good for pregnant women too! :p But I wouldn't take the St. John's Wort if your pregnant!

you can take one any time of the day but the morning is the best since the HCG levels are the most concentrated because you have not used the bathroom while you were sleeping.

They say to do it first thing in the morning. I took mine after work and tried it again at night. Mine worked fine but I had already missed my period for 10 days.

you can take a test at anytime as long as you have missed a period, the morning is the best "time" but really you can take it at any point. i took my test at 6pm and it was positive, good luck.

You need to take it in the morning. Generally the first urine you passed in the morning.
