my dear friend geo, i completely agree with you on this topic but i think the the hunt of man for money is never going to end. today from our childhood onwards we are taught that 'we should become a successful and rich person in order to lead a happy life' and this mentality affects our whole life. on one hand it is true that money cannot buy happiness but we cannot deny that without money life is nothing. in my opinion we must earn but only that much that can fulfil our needs and make us feel good from inside, not that much that we don't even know how to spend it.

If money will start running behind us then only it is possible (like Bill gates).sorry for misspelling.
happiness is totally different thing from money that always comes with us by birth .
making money is obvious thing for human , but trying to harm other to urn more will never let the happiness to come in our life.
happiness also keep distance from us when we use to spend the money for unnecessary things instead 1st preference to 1st need.
we need to have a well planned investment & buget for our expenditures .
sinchronization can make a proper balance between bussyness & happyness.

No chance. Money is very much needed to live in this world. we have to run behind money for a period as much as we earned. After that period definitely money will come behind us.

somehow we seem to need money at all points in life. but early in life we should work hard and save a bit and after we have hit the magic number to fullfill some of our desires like a home, gadjets, vehicle etc, one should start taking it easy and start looking at higher things in life, such as purpose of human existence etc. Even in our early lives a spriritual bent of mind might stop us from getting mad over money and take life as it comes. planning makes you to be sure about your later life where we can chase GOD [ofcourse nothing stops us from chasing GOD throughout our lives]

According to me, money is one of the most important thing in life.
but, apart from money, there are many. Love, competence...... etc.
To stop running behind money. you need satisfaction. and the alternative mind-set. instead of trying to earn more and more..... we have to do something with money which is appreciated by good persons. this bring completeness in one's life.
Once you start working towards this, you won't run behind money.
