science can only give treatments. that is why they call a doctors profession a practice.
they in themselves can not cure a thing. otherwise they would be able to cure everyone with the same disease.
if you seach through the different religious scriptures you will find there is one who can heal all wounds.
caution must be given here because if you pray for another person to be healed and your prayers are heard, their flesh bodies may have to be discarded for the healing. this way the person being prayed for will be made whole, just not in a flesh body.
my mother fought cancer for 12 years, and it affected several parts of her body. this was a decade or so ago when treatments were not as advanced as they are now. When she passed out of this flesh existance, i was devistated for a while. Like oh yeah, the world revolves around me.
then i went through feeling bad for her. but then i realized she was all well now, and did not have to fight with that flesh body, giving her pain and discomfort any more. And then I started to feel bad for those left behind. the ones whos life she touched and made better.
Well I followed in my selfish ways for a while and when i lost my father a few years later, these same emotions came up again. and again I went back to my selfish ways.
well, a few years later i had a heart attack, and i finally got it. I never know how much time I have on this earth. while I am here i should do what i can to make a life that has the possibility to make someone elses life better.
will everyone be enriched by my deeds. No. Only the ones that are meant to.

No science can never cure the world! This is because when the cure of a disease is discovered, the birth of another disease takes place. For example, today there is the cure of cancer but another dreadful disease namely AIDS took birth in America in 1886(I don't remember it exactly).
