I'm your man. Six feet three tall and a mere11 stone. Tall, skinny, and hungry. The kitchen is one of the larger rooms in the house, very well-equipped to near-professional standards, and cooking for my family and friends is a passion.
The most weight I ever gained was on a holiday in Sicily when I lived on the richest, oiliest, meatiest pastas in the world for over two weeks, washed down with strong Barolo wine. I came home only 3 lbs heavier, and lost it in a normal UK work week.
That said, I have quite a lot of garden and land to take care of, plus a big veggie plot, so I am very active. Maybe that, plus a naturally fast metabolism does it?
My lovely lady, by contrast, has shrunk from 18 stone when I met her and fell in love 15 years ago, and shed 6 stone by dint of dieting, and 5 nights a week at the gym. Being diabetic it makes good sense. But she still struggles to hold or lose weight, even on an excellent diet of home cooked and fresh organic food.
I don't know if this is a fact, but I was told that the heart is one of the muscles in your body that doesn't get bigger, just because you do. So the logic says that a person of my height, but 100 lbs heavier than me, has the same size heart as I do, when we both run up the stairs - but they are carrying a bag of cement everywhere they go? Can't swear to the medical accuracy of this but it reassures me when people say I'm skinny!

I've read that a person that eats 5-6 times a day would be more slimmer than the person who eat's 2-3 times a day ,, but what the heck its some other's research.

Yes. I keep trying to fill my hollow leg and still keep the tapeworm fed. It's either that or I have a high metabolism. Never gain weight even when I've tried.

Nope. I totally envy people with those metabolisms but it isn't me. I have to work at being small and keep calories in check. If I eat too much my body shows it, and I have to pay the fiddler and really diet or fast when I indulge.
