I think he was one of the great thinkers. He was controversial but fun.Has more Western followers than Indians.Although I live close to his ashram I have never bothered to visit it. You have to undergo a Aids test even for visiting which makes me question what goes on in there. But I think he has brought meaning to life for millions of ppl around the world.

Well I´m amazed that after eleven minutes you got no aswer but this one, probably because you posted your question on "philosophy" I´d rather have it posted on "Religion and Spirituality"... About OSHO, what I can tell you is this: He was an Indian guru very popular in the 70´s 80´s which had some very unorthodox methods for meditation and thinking... In all, his work was based in traditional practices taken along with his own practices which embraced tantra, kundalini, and body movements and dances. He also preached his diciples into developing a sense of simplicity on daily actions, for by his philosophy they could also be taken as meditative practices. Dettachment from the vulgar world and cult for love and sex as a way of achieving enlightment were also part of his doctrine. I strongly suggest you go look for this book: THE ORANGE BOOK, it carries very interesting exercises developed by OSHO. I THINK HE WAS VERY COHERENT AND ONE OF THE BEST GURUS EVER. (Sadly, he was shot by one of his diciples)

My main point of view was that he was human with flaws like all of us.

He also had one of the most incredible, brilliant minds of the 20th century.

I also think of him with pure and total gratitude. His words point to something of the beyond...they have a flavor of something divine...and his words and meditations have helped me tremendously as a person....

....but it doesn't really matter what people say about him or what their point of views about him are, 90% of what you hear about him will be entirely wrong ideas generated by ppl's fears, superstitions, and misconceptions. Particularly him being a sex guru.
