i've been having terrible dreams, for years,but the one i've been having lately, is of my hubby being killed, and i wake up crying, also when i start to go back to sleep it starts again, please can anyone tell me why im having such nasty dreams

may be to do with your diet or you stress level, try changing what you eat, dicussing the dream with your hubby, and have calming relaxing bath before bedtime?

I've had horrible dreams for years too. They're not so bad now, they have calmed down a lot but I used to have really bad ones through my teens & early twenties - I was constantly being chased, getting shot at, being stabbed - really nasty. It got to the point where i didn't wanna go to sleep. But the reason i was having bad dreams was because i was constantly anxious & unsettled. I still get them now & again now but I'm used to them now & they don't bother me. Is there anything on your mind at the moment? Why don't you buy a dream book - it really helped me.

yeah that's a pretty unpleasant situation. What's on your mind when asleep got there during the day. What's stressing you right now? Can you put your finger on that? It may be bottled up, and you need to talk it out. That may stop the dreams.

cause u love him very much n ur scared if oneday u gonna loose him n being killed in dream thats mean the person that u saw him killed he will live longer n crying is very good things will change to better trust me theres nothing to b worried about

Hello, I really feel for you, I to have horid dreams of hurt coming to my hubs. I did look into it and found that it could be our fears of losing someone we love so much. Sounds crazy though I have been better when making sure we say night with I love you...

dont go to sleep easy answer, but they do say when you dream of a death it is a sign of a birth, get a preggy test if i were you,
