Get the installation manual and follow it. Your question is pretty difficult without that.

If this is a thermostat or low voltage wiring I can help but
High voltage is another story.You can be killed if you don't know what you are doing.Is this an electric furnace
only?Is it connected to a heat pump or just an a/c condenser?The outside unit will tell you.Also the
thermostat will have emergency heat meaning heat pump.
Did a contractor leave the job unfinished until tomorrow?Please re post with more clear questions.

This sounds like a certificate from the EPA, not a manufactureres number. I'd contact the maker of the mobil home as a start. Astrobuf

if your just trying to hardwire the unit . there should be three wires to feed the unit two colored wires and one green the two colored are your contactor leads .the green is your ground you can look at book or old unit for your low voltage diagram
