I have a similar problem, and everything I read says to keep the room as dry as possible. IIf there is damage in your roof where moisture is getting in, you should fix that as soon as possible. Is the humidity in Valencia very high? Recommendations on ventilation are good, as long as you are not just bringing in more moist air. In the US many people use air conditioners or dehumidifiers to keep the moisture levels low.

You may also want to coat the ceiling with a specially prepared paint to resist mildew growth.

Good luck :)

You have the best solution for removing/killing the mold already, bleac is the only thing that will work.
The problem you need to address is what causes the conditions in which mold thrives.
Simply put you have water leaking into the casa and until you repair the leaks the mold will continue to return.
There is no other way about it. Heating and ventilation will only go so far, you need to remove the moisture by fixing all of your leaks.
