Who do you get for advice whether to demolish or renovate. The down side is the house probably needs the foundations 'pinned'. The house was built in the 60's and is double brick with quite a few cracks.

Dpends on the extend of the damage. Minor damage I would see to a repair. ANYTHING else would be to call a good general contractor in your area that comes highly recommended and is always very very busy. They will pull a permit if needed and go to work.
