This happens for a couple of days every month. It makes me feel really uncomfortable, but when i do go to the toilet, nothing happens.

Sounds like cystitis. Go see your doctor - a course of antibiotics would probably sort this out, but you need to see your GP first.

I've had it - it's VERY uncomfortable!

Amy, it`s likely you have a recurent bladder infection. Make an appointment with your dr. next time you get it, & take a wee sample , (early morning wee is best) with you. Does it sting when you try to wee? If so it sounds like cystitis.

definatley sounds like a bladder infection. I advise you go to the docs ASAP.
I had a bladder infection, drank cranberry juice and expected it to just go away. Instead, I woke up a few mornings later and had a really bad dull pain in my lower back - yes, you guessed it - my kidneys had become infected and I had to spend a night in hospital.
Go to your GP, now!

to be honest this sounds like you've got irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) ive got it also.

of course it could be a water infection i'd go to the dr's just in case they should be able to do a test there and then - they cheak you wee and put a stick in it (like a pg test)

but in any case don't think it's anything serouis prob just ibs

I think you have probably got cystitus. You can buy sachets from the chemist (even fron Tesco's) If these don't work, you must go to your Docs

i suggest you go to the gp, if you are female it might be your monthly cycle causing the problems, if male it could possibly be a prostate problem, but a gp will set you straight.xx
