Lots of Vitamin C- but not the ascorbic acid type. You can get the yummy chewable tablets in sodium ascorbate now. Follow the instructions on the bottle. Hot lemon drinks are good too. Lots of magazines and a hot water bottle and stay in bed.

Hot chamomile tea with honey. Works for me. Hot compresses on the forehead. And Chinese mustard clears sinuses every time. Mix it into some chicken soup, but GO EASY ON IT!

Cut up a grapefruit and boil it, then drink the juice and eat what is left on the rind. My mom always said that the nutrients that boil out of the rind has healing power. (I cant promise that it tastes very good) Good Luck :)

honey & lemon... its the bomb! boil the kettle, fill about 1/3 of a mug with hot water, squeeze in fresh lemon juice and add tabe spoon of honey (or more to taste) sip while hot - clears your chest and soothes your throat. helps to sleep!

Take juice of two lemons:add plenty sugar,add 40%liqueur:like jenever add boiling water.
Sit on the edge of you bed.
Drink it as fast as you can.
Bundle up fall asleep:next day:gone

Use some hydrogen peroxide diluted in water and gargle with it. Also, you can use it as a nasal cleanser. Works good.
