India will win the cricket match when all the players put their combined efforts towards the teamwork. they should also follow the instructions given by the coach. Nowadays, due to seniority players are not following fitness instructions given by the coach or teammates or captain.
It is a team work that will lead India to win the matches.
Otherwise if we critically analysis the Ganguly episode, this is because of some ego problems that Mr. ganguly was having with the coach. After all board has appointed a coach after scrutiny of many points.
