I don't have a girlfriend right now and I don't masterbate, is that bad or good that I don't masterbate? I think masterbation creates low self esteem and causes low confidence that's why I don't masterbate.

Its not masturbation itself that prevents prostate cancer but the act of ejaculation, if you have sex regularly with your girlfriend then you don't need to masturbate.
Masturbation will only create low self esteem and low confidence if you believe thats what will happen if you do it.

It's a good exercise for the prostate. If you feel that way, you shouldn't but it's perfectly normal.
