I have a combi boiler so usually we have hot water whenever we want it. Recently the radiators haven't been heating up very much and the water goes hot for a few seconds then freezing for a while then hot for a few seconds etc etc. Has anyone ANY idea what this could be?

Thanks

Check the water pressure on your boiler. If that is okay, you may have a dodgy pump.

Have it checked by a professional. My brother got a great deal on his place because the previous owner had the boiler blow up. It blew the basement all to hell. My brother got a great deal. If anyone was around that thing when it went it would have killed them. Have it checked out.

It may be the diverter valve malfunctioning but there are several things it could be, so get a service engineer to check it out.
I wouldn't try any repair yourself even if you have the tools you may need the expertise to repair it.
