Why do women murderers mostly kill by poison?

Lets get one thing straight, although women do commit murders more now then ever in the past, men still commit the most murders and violent crimes. Women who do kill are not that physically strong upper body wise and poison is easier for a person who is trying to be sneaky and non-confrontational. A man will just shoot the person in rage, women are smarter then that and will come up with better ways so that their chances of getting caught are much lower.

I think, 'self defense' aside, women are more likely to commit pre meditated murder, giving them time to decide how to do it. (D)

They are physically weaker than men (A) so when planning to murder a man they would take that into account.

They would be able to do it with the man having no idea whats happening, Even to do it as a gesture of apology by making him a meal. This would seem normal to a man to be invited to a meal cooked by a women (B).

The woman would watch and relish the minutes passing with each mouthful of food and probably feel very proud of her cunning and prowess, that will lead to the death of her victim, with no need for any kind of confrontation at all (C).

Poisoning is notoriously more of a painful, dragged out, horrible way to die. It can take hours to days of knowing that youre dying and being unable to do anything about it depending on what is used and when medical attention is sought. Sometimes it even goes unrecognised as murder. Women know if a job's worth doing, it's worth doing well (D).

Hmmnnn, where I've said man, consider it victim.
And, no I have never killed anyone..........yet! lol

D.) Other! Reason: they don't have to see it and can talk themselves into falsely believing they had no part in it. Appears to be less violent and merciful of all things! Why are women less prone to be pedophiles and excused for taking advantge of a minor child? They are just as dangerous. It hasn't been that long ago that, women wer not identified as stalkers too. Men do it for the same reason and can easily blame the weakest/least popular of the group, or those that people would believe did to free themselves. That's why.

I took a criminology class in college and we actually discussed these types of questions about human behavior and what causes one person to kill one way as oppose to another.

Women normally kill themselves or others by poison, sleeping pills, etc. b/c they are less violent answers. I know that sounds completely insane, considering they are murdering someone, but in a woman's eyes, I guess it seems less painful.

If you've ever noticed, most men are likely to commit suicide by shooting themselves or by some other more violent manner, like hanging. Its just in a woman's nature to be more subdued...and to murder quietly so to speak.

A) Because women are phyiscally weaker then men and don't have the same strength it takes to kill someone with a knife or anything else sharp. Also because posion is the easiest thing to use. No blood to clean up.

isn't it easier to find clues as to the murderer if you grab a baseball bat and start pounding? it might be because they think it's harder to get caught... no bloody fingerprints, none of their blood on the scene caused by a physical fight, not a very obvious murder weapon to trace (no gun, baseball bat, axe, knife, whatever) .

also: it;s hard to make a statement referring to the category ''women'' and hope it makes sense because of obvious individual differences, it's equally hard to do the same with the category ''men''
