I hate to laugh....but I had the same thing and I almost freaked out....but the reason tha toyu have the iching sensation is because your body is stretching....your skin is being pulled tighter and tighter....the best way to kind of sooth the feeling is to take a warm shower then rub your favorite loition all over....

Itching during pregnancy usually means your skin is stretching because of how much you are growing (usually because you are growing faster than you were before). Anti-itch cream will usually help. You could also have an allergic reaction to the creams you are using. Talk to your OB about relieving the itching if it's interfering with your daily life.

I think if you took a bath and then "creamed" and then also took a shower and "creamed," your skin is probably pretty irritated, especially if it is really cold where you live and/ or you are taking very hot showers/ baths. You could also be allergic to your cream. I wouldn't freak out about it, you are probably just growing and stretching. I had to switch to very mild mosturizing soap when I got pregnant. The baby is sucking a lot of vitamins away from you that would normally go to your skin, hair, nails and teeth. Relax, and good luck.

Yes it is, talk to your doctor about it. I had it when I was pregnant, mostly my arms itched but sometimes my stomach and sides too.. drove me insane!
