u kno one thing??! Meditation is the best...for atleast 5-10 mins. u can meditate until yr mind is totally cleared...hehe...well...it's a gud relaxation technique! plus u can listen to music for eg; blues,pink whteva it is...and whenever u feel tired after studying...stretch yourself...or do some small kinda exercise or sumthing....and do drink fresh juices!!!

Away from computer and looking at nature with a hot or cold drink.
Playing with the cat or dog
A little bit of exercise

For me it's fresh air. Just go outside, take a very short walk or just sit on a bench and clear your mind.

Go for a run, walk , jog. Or Go talk to someone about somethin un related, go chill , close your eyes and listen to music, anything that has NOTHING to do with studying.

*Get some fresh air.
*Have a healthy snack - an apple & a slice of cheese or granola bar and milk, etc.
*Do some push-ups or other exercise.
*Listen to your favorite song.

to have best five minute study break one should leave his/her studyroom and up there in open area with a glass of water
