I don't believe it would solve a thing - we wish it could. In this world where it takes 5 weeks of wrangling and fussing over the shape of the negotiation table, TV would do little good. The debates occur all the time and although some meaningful progress is made, most times prove to be just a lot of hot air. Bottom line: every nation is constantly jockeying for position and trying to gain an edge. Such is International politics........
