This has been ongoing for a month now like a graph ups and downs - I dont want to allow myself to go back where I was last year in an anxious depressed phase. Help

If it's because of overload of work, just remember that you are only 1 person and you can only do so much in a day. When you get anxious, take a break, listen to some soothing music for a few minutes and then go back to work.
