Based on what I remember about Yu-Gi-Oh! (it's been a few years), I think your deck's fine, but it needs a stronger non-fusion monster that doesn't have that many stars. (Like one with a high ATK but a lower DEF)
I remember having a spell card that always let me win every duel....What was it called? I forgot..."Wave-Motion Cannon" maybe?
Good luck with your deck and have fun with it =D

You have a lot of Forbidden Cards out there. Cyber Jar. What's MoF? May I suggest Exxod and Book of moon Combo? Dark Hole's also forbidden. Snatch Steal is also forbidden. Good thinking about Nimble Momonga. How could you summon XZ-tank . . . and King Dragun? You don't even have POlymerization.
Sorry for the criticsm. I would just like to suggest you to have a deck of exactly or less than 60 cards with almost all (I mean there are NO LEVEL 5 or HIGHER Monsters on the deck) Like the 2 Solar Flare Dragons with Dark ROom of Nightmare. See, you inflict 1000+600 points. And the Infernal Incinerator that can be special summoned. or Raging Flame Sprite and Level-Limit-area B, which is, you attack almost everytime directly to your opponent. Or Swords of COncealing Light and Drillroid/Sasuke Samurai/Sasuke Samurai #2/Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke. Lookie here just in case you want to know EVERYTHING about the cards.

I don't like one bit of it. First of, it doesn't meet the advanced banned/limited card list (see: http://www.upperdeckentertainment.com/yugioh/en/gameplay/forbidden/advanced_current.aspx) note that that list might change for 2007. Secondly, it doesn't flow. I see very very few combo moves. And with the ones i had to hunt for aren't that good. Your deck needs to have an ace card. A card you are trying to get that will win you the duel. Get a theme, i found that helps. Get another cyber dragon and fuse all three to make cyber end dragon. But if you really want a good deck, start all over from scratch. And when you do, do ask people over the internet to rate it, because somebody will always find a flaw with it, because no deck is perfect, and the you will be disappointed b/c that person will make you change your deck. Hell, just keep this deck as is, and screw what other people say about it. just believe that your deck is good, and you might win. although i know you will have a tough time, because it looks like you just threw a few cards together. when you make a deck think about strategies. that is the basis of the game. what card works well with other cards. ( my favorite is windstorm of etaqua and tragedy. -if you don't know them cards, look them up) take your time when making a deck. do practice duels. trial and error. and when you finally make that "perfect" (though none can be perfect) deck, then you'll know, and don't ask what other people think. ( i rate current deck 2 out of 20)

--rate it at current 5 or 6 of 10 maybe i dont really see what your strategy here is... morphing jar while you have protector of the sanctuary is one (wont it clash with deck thinning strategy or are you trying to keep your opponent from drawing), another is cannon soldier (if you intend to tribute rat or nimble... their effects will not activete....)
---however your deck is no longer tournament legal if im not mistaken stein is now in the forbidden list and the same goes for cyber jar soooooooo.... the rating is useless
---xz cannot be special summoned by stein
---i dont know what you abbreviated ... CTD and T-ER what are those cyber twin is that and what the end..... if that is cyber twin do try looking for another CD and CED
---kinetic soldier is too situational you will have problems when you face a zombie deck with its low atk or a machine deck running cyber dragon as well
---look for more fusion Ms if you still want to play stein just for fun
---there is nothing much to say since stein was one of your strategies (i think) that will finish off your opp....

so well your deck is preatty good if i rember right from the show. well maybe a little more traps. So your opponet is guessing wats going to happen next and make sure u have a de- fusion handy so that u can well de-fuse to avoid some attacks or fuse with another monster. u know that kinda stuff. rember it's not just the cards it's your stategy. Have muliple statiegies to use. on opponets. And at least 2 stateiges that'll last a whole game. Fell free to change them to. Get another cyber dragon to get that big cyber dragon don't rember wat it's called. Another thing is get this one card called toll bridge or something like that. Use it if your opponet has a cool monster and storng one and u have some life pionts to spare. Then play this and your opponet will have to pay 500 life pionts to attack.

there is a few problems wif ur monsters. u r putting 2 giant rats when u can only find exiled force. cyber jar is now a banned card( if u r playing the japanese version.) 1 more thing is dat u are putting 2 gravity bind. as ur low lv monsters ( those dat r below lv4)r weak in atk pts, there is nothing u can do aft activating gravity bind as u kennot burn the life pts of ur opponent with ur cards. Also, note that u have 2 cyber stein in ur deck. the effect of cyber stein is dat u nid to tribute 5000lps to summon a fusion monster. but u r forgetting dat u onli have 8000lps when u nid to tribute a total of 10k lps. n u have so many fusion monsters but no fusion material or polymerisation. this means dat u will be depending on cyber stein to summon them out. as i have said u dun have enuf lps to tribute, since u have no rejuvenation cards in ur deck.

Its pretty good; I rate it an 8.5
I think someone before me mentioned the card "toll"?
Well your opponent has to pay 500 points to attack, but you do too, so you should only put it in a really good strategy.
Along the lines of that, there's another card that doesn't have any negative effects to you, I think its called the "Gravekeeper's Secret". It makes your opponent discard from the top of his/her deck every time he/she attacks, its pretty good. =D
