I like the French intonation because it is so sexy. I dislike Beckham's accent, as well as the general chav girl accent as I generally dislike those people.

Not sure about the best but the worst is scouse and Birmingham, especially on women, my other half dated a girl with a scouse accent once and he said it put him right off of her. She sounded shrill and constantly sounded like she was slurring. David Beckham is too thick to have an accent, he's just shrill. London accents are quite nice, very good for telling jokes because the accent only adds to the sarcastic tones.

Oxford English is the best. Why? Because its clear and distinct and pronounced properly . The worst...the slurred accents where one cant understand a word that is being said !!I don't know about Elizabeth Hurley as I have not heard her speak but I agree with you about David Beckham...he ought to go to elocution lessons with all the money that he has. I don't like listening to bad English accents they grind on my ears.

Liverpool accents sound like a dribbling toddler 2nd worst may be Australian, through reality its all whiny and nasal third may be New Zealand accessory, through reality its depressing with a customary aussie-ness to it additionally the black american accessory makes you alter into bored in what they're saying till now they even end the sentence, and that they grant the consequence of being to ***** approximately each and each and each little thing

Definitely the geordie accent for me, it just reeks of friendliness. Scouse accents are gutteral, all that back of the throat stuff makes me want to slap em on the back and say cough it up.
I do enjoy listening to a good queens english though, joanna lumley does it best i think.
Lincolnshire accents are canny, old lincolnshire that is with the country dialect

Best is Standard English.
Worst any strong accent.
I can't understand why we can't even learn to speak one language properly.
We expect others not only to learn English then we give them dozens of accents that nobody understands.
ie. We understand Americans but they don't understand our northerners because they can't speak English.

People always say that Birmingham's is the worst and I don't know why. I love all accents but my favourite is Black Country they sound really funny.
