I think some of them are. I don't like Barbie's because the eyes focus is offset, making her appear stoned.

forget barbie, but still to this day, the dolls that close their eyes when u lay them down and then they open them when u stand them back up?? they still strike fear in my heart, i'm not gonna lie they are CREEPY...

I like dolls especially the ones I played with as a child. The ones that could get in the water,eyes closed when you laid them down-and they came with the evaporating milk bottle when you turned it upside down. But the ones that poop,talk, and are motion detected or respond to your voice Freak me out. And the ones people collect and put on display creep me outeven more. Especially the ones that are toddler clones and have the "I have to take a crap" look on their faces. The only dolls I would consider keeping and possibly displaying are Barbie Dolls. I wish I had invented them-what a business!

I never am bothered by their looks because I realize they are not real. I look at them for their quality of craftsmenship and value. Even as a kid, I always kept in my mind that they were not real so not to confuse reality with fantasy. Remember that their eyes are either painted, buttons, or plastic. I do not like every style of doll because it may not be fit to my personality. They are not creepy. They just are not what I like to own. We are all born with the body that none of us chose. Does that make us bad or creepy? These dolls were designed by someone else who thaught they should have that appearance. So dont let them creep you out. Just see them for what they really are with your mind as well as the eyes.

lol. I think the porcelin dolls are freaky (kinda like the american girl dolls) just cause i've always been afraid there heads would turn towards me!!! Barbies do u look stoned though your right about that. Also brats just look kinda slutty.

I collect dolls and have a lot of them. None of them are creepy or look stoned.

ah well i hate the ones that have those eyes that stare at no matter where u stand, freaks me out and also the ones with the kinda half-smile, half-smirk, *shudder*. also those dolls that can pee are just plain weird. why would anyone want a doll that pees?

My brothers kids had a life size Barbi (3 feet tall). they loved it until one of them poked out one of her eyes. Wouldn't go near it after that! Creeeeeepy!!!
