I suggest you if your windows is orgianl then install it on your computer

Go to www.microsoft.com and download it from there. If you want the program to run you will need more than the main exe - you will need the installer first. So go to the official site and download yourself a copy that you KNOW to be legitimate, not just some virus -riddled heap of crap from some random stranger on Y!Answers.

You can not copy paste Internet Explorer files. You need to install it.

You should use firefox instead of internet explorer.
Firefox is much more secure. I havent had a single virus since getting it. Its free too.
